La felicidad está en ti.
La premisa de que "la felicidad está en ti” (titulo de la obra), es una invitación a cuestionarnos el cómo y el porqué se nos propone asumir que la felicidad depende de nosotros y dialoga irónicamente con la ilustración.
En lugar de aceptar pasivamente esta narrativa sobre el bienestar, la intención es estimular a mirarnos como sociedad y a desconfiar de un sistema que nos afirma que la felicidad está en nuestras manos, cuando en realidad no nos brinda las condiciones básicas para conseguirlo.
La obra obtuvo el primer puesto y fue expuesta con el resto de las obras seleccionadas en el museo MUVIM de Valencia - España.
Happiness is in you.
The premise that "happiness is within you" (the title of the work) is an invitation to question how and why we are encouraged to assume that happiness depends on us, and it ironically engages with the illustration.
Rather than passively accepting this narrative about well-being, the intention is to encourage us to look at ourselves as a society and distrust a system that tells us that happiness is in our hands, when in reality it doesn't provide us with the basic conditions to achieve it.
The work won first place and was exhibited with the rest of the selected works at the MUVIM museum in Valencia, Spain.
